
We’re pleased to let you know that HCF will start using HealthPoint Claims for claim settlement from Wednesday 14 January 2026.
Here’s what this means for you:
- Payments from HCF will now be combined with payments from other health funds using HealthPoint’s Claim Settlement Service.
- These payments will appear in your nominated bank account as coming from HealthPoint Claims.
This change will help simplify payment processing and reconciliation.
